Roasted Cauliflower.





I made this the other day and I can't believe I never made it before.
I was shocked on how easy and versatile this recipe is.

Roasted Cauliflower.
Preheat Oven 400 degrees.
Line baking sheet with foil or a mat.
You can use fresh or frozen cauliflower.
{I used frozen that's what I had on hand.}
If you use fresh you have to chop it into bite size pieces.
Spread Olive oil (or your favorite oil) on foil.
Mix the cauliflower in it and add your own spices!
I added pepper & garlic (I used fresh garlic & powdered)
I love love garlic!<3
Bake for 30 mins or check for doneness.
Easy Peasy! :)

It was was delish! I can't wait to get more!
I used a whole bag of frozen cauliflower and ate it myself!
Yup, it was THAT good!
I will definitely be trying this with my girls.
But for them I will put the cauliflower & oil in a zip lock bag.
So, they can shake it up and then put on a baking sheet.
They will love helping out.
